What we finish

The flat deposit covers what fits into four hours. Guide prices scale with the size of the job — if yours looks bigger, ask for a quote and we will give you a realistic figure first.

How it works

A visit first. Anything extra only with your yes.

  1. Tell us the job

Pick one of the four jobs and pay its published deposit, or send a quote request with your postcode and we will call you first.

  2. We agree a date in writing

Once we know the address and how to get in, we confirm a visit date. Paying does not lock a time slot on the day you pay.

  3. Up to four hours on site

If your list fits, the deposit is the full price. Anything more comes as a written quote — remaining amount = quoted extra labour + quoted extra materials. Say no and you owe nothing further.

Describe the house. We'll ring you.

Tell us the job, the property and the postcode, then leave a number. We use that to check whether we can get to you and what the job really involves.

Who we are not for

Structural design, new-build contracts, building-control inspections and surveyor's reports. For those, you need a structural engineer, a building inspector or a RICS surveyor.
