What we collect
- Quote requests: the job type, property type, postcode, any notes, your name, telephone number, optional email, preferred contact method, your privacy acknowledgement, your optional marketing choice, and campaign details present in the page address (such as utm or click identifiers), which tell us which advert brought you here.
- Deposits: your name, email and UK address, passed to PayPal so it can process the payment against the address you gave. After a successful payment we also keep a copy of these details, the PayPal order reference and your optional comment so we can arrange the visit. The comment is not sent to PayPal.
We do not collect card details on this website.
PayPal
Payments are processed by PayPal. When you continue to PayPal you leave this site, and PayPal's own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment. Payment records are held in our PayPal account.
Why we use it
We use quote details to decide whether we can quote and to contact you by phone, or by email if you asked for that — this is necessary to respond to your request. Payment details are used to deliver the service you paid for. We only send marketing if you ticked the separate marketing box.
Where it is kept
Requests and payment notices are stored on our website hosting in the UK/EU and emailed to our own mailbox. We do not sell or share them with advertisers.

Retention
We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to handle the enquiry and keep proper records, and payment records for as long as the law requires.
