Small finishing jobs, done properly.
Posterity Studio is a trading name of BUILDING SERVICES COMMISSIONING LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales on 22 July 2005 under company number 05516129.
Our registered office is Moorthwaite, Thorpe Lane, Eagle, Lincoln, LN6 9DU, United Kingdom. Most visits are within Lincolnshire and the neighbouring counties. Send your UK postcode with any request and we will confirm whether we can attend before a date is set.
What we do
We take the finishing work that is still left once the structure is up: snag lists, second-fix joinery, walls and ceilings, and touch-ups before keys, a tenancy or a sale. A typical job starts with a postcode and a description of the rooms, then a phone call, then a visit if we can reach you.
How we price
Every job has a published deposit that buys one visit of up to four hours and is credited in full. If more is needed, we put it in writing first. You decide.
Our filings are public on Companies House. Email info@posteritystudio.com; our phone number is on Company information.
